It is completely normal to be in a bad mood every now and then, but constantly dwelling on bad thoughts like finances or relationships can have lasting effects on your baby.

Scientists have proved that stress during pregnancy can cause problems for your baby later in life. Stress during pregnancy has also been linked to changing your childs behavioral development and lower the birth weight. Well, if you are anything like myself during my pregnancy, you may have a hard time trying to trick your mind into being stress free. The key is to find activities that you really enjoy that put you into that tranquil mood and keep repeating them. Let me tell you my 2 best activities that kept away my stress during pregnancy.

1. Exercise. Im sure that most of you think I am crazy for saying this, but exercise can be the best form of stress reliever. I personally know that when you are tired and in a bad mood, the last thing you want to do is to go workout, but it works and works fast. Exercise can help release the endorphins that you need to give you lots more energy and put you into a good mood.

2. Meditation. This is a very good form of relieving stress. The right kind of meditation will put your mind and soul at ease and let you enjoy the quiet times of pregnancy. The best thing you can do is to go to google and search for meditation CDs and then read the reviews and pick out the 1 that fits you best.

Well, I hope this can help you to keep the stress during pregnancy out of your life. Good luck and enjoy your pregnant moments.
