Potatoes, ice cream, marshmallows, and white chocolate are all great foods, but they’re not necessarily the best for you when you’re . This is because they’re lacking in nutrients that are essential for a . Instead, focus on eating foods that are rich in nutrients like fruits and .

When you are pregnant, it is important to pay attention to the foods that you are eating. There are certain foods that you should avoid, as they can be harmful to both you and your . These foods include ice cream, potato chips, processed foods, and most fast food. Junk food is also not a choice, as it is lacking in nutrients and is not good for either you or your baby. Instead, choose foods that are nutritious and will help you and your baby to stay healthy.

Pregnant women should avoid eating “white” colored foods, or at least be very careful with them. This includes salt, , flour, and milk. Instead, pregnant women should opt for sea salt in small portions. Although salt is necessary for our bodies to function, we Americans consume too much of it on a daily basis.

White Sugar
The refining process that sugar goes through eliminates the substance from the “food” category. This so-called food is better described as a poison and a dangerous one at that because it can become an addictive drug.

White sugar is one food that is very important to cut from the pregnancy food diet. Try to find substitutes like , molasses, real maple syrup, and many dried fruits. Brown sugar may be okay, but use it sparingly. Please, do not use Nutrasweet or Equal as they have been known to cause problems like loss of memory, epileptic seizures, and .

White Flour
White sugar and white flour have been so refined that they have very little if any value remaining. When you eat white sugar or white flour, you’re loading up on empty calories, which can contribute to Type II Diabetes. When you eat poorly like this, your digestive system is stressed and your body receives little to zero nutritional value.

Milk
It’s no surprise that cow’s milk is designed to help a baby calf grow into a much bigger cow. A newborn calf can gain 40 to 100 pounds in one month, depending on the breed. So, if you’re pregnant, it’s best to eliminate cow’s milk from your diet and stick to breast milk or goat’s milk instead.

You should avoid empty calories, processed and junk foods, and “white” foods while you’re pregnant. Eating these kinds of foods can be harmful to you and your baby. It’s important to eat a healthy diet during pregnancy so that you can have a happy and healthy pregnancy.
