The Chinese Pregnancy Calendar is based on the Chinese lunar calendar, which is entirely different from the Western calendar (Gregorian calendar). The lunar calendar uses its own system to record dates and four seasons. For example, the lunar month of March begins on April 17, 2007. This means it is not possible to get an accurate prediction using the Western calendar.

How to Use the Chinese Pregnancy Calendar

The Chinese pregnancy calendar is a tool that can you determine the time to conceive, based on your age and the month you want to conceive in. To use the calendar, first find the month you want to conceive in, then find your age in the left column. The intersection of your age and the month you want to conceive in will tell you whether that month is a time for you to conceive or not.

4. Then, locate the month on the portion of the Chart and the age on the left side of the chart.
