Pregnancy Signs Before Missed Period

Your period isnt even due yet and youre already suspecting that you may be pregnant. This could be because you have been actively trying to get pregnant, or because you are noticing signs and symptoms within your own body that are different from your other months and so may be pregnancy related. It is possible to feel pregnancy signs before missed periods are noticed. A missed period is the most reliable sign of an early pregnancy, but if you cannot wait that long to test, there are signs you can look for to help you to determine if perhaps you might be pregnant!

If you have tracked your menstrual cycle very carefully, you may be able to pick out abnormalities in how and when certain symptoms occur. For instance, if you know about when you ovulated and its possible you could have conceived during that time, you may be able to spot implantation bleeding through our tracking. Typically spotting that occurs about ten days after conception, it is caused by the fertilized egg implanting in your uterus. If you typically do not experience any type of spotting on a regular monthly basis, this could be part of pregnancy signs before missed periods that you can consider.

Other pregnancy signs before missed periods are experienced can be overall changes to your body. If you normally never break out but are suddenly breaking out on every conceivable surface, this could be due to your changing hormones and in fact be a great sign of a newly begun pregnancy. Other ways in which hormones can affect your body early on in pregnancy are through bloating and tenderness. Carefully evaluate how you feel. If it is significantly different from the way you feel during other months and there are no other factors that could be contributing, you may be in a very early pregnancy. Many home pregnancy tests allow you to take them even before you miss your first menstrual period. If you have determined that you have different symptoms from what you have felt in the past, its time to get one of those tests and see if your family will be expanding!
