Therefore a pregnant woman must ensure that, her body’s temperature doesn’t go beyond 101 degrees when she is physically active. She should also take a lot of water when performing different exercises in order to prevent the possible dehydration and overheating.
Other symptoms like, maternal or fetal Distress must be checked thoroughly and one should stop exercising in case she notices such conditions.
